This 90-minute workshop combines 45 minutes of intentional mobility training with 45 minutes of restorative yoga to improve joint function, movement efficiency, and overall recovery. The mobility portion focuses on controlled, strength-based movement to increase range of motion, enhance stability, and support long-term joint and musculoskeletal health. After targeted mobility work, settle into deep stretching and relaxation with restorative yoga. Unwind and stretch the body after the active portion of class, shift the body into deep recovery through fully supported poses, helping regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote physical and mental restoration. Ideal for all levels, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to move with more ease, prevent injury, release tension, and leave feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.

Whether you’re navigating pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, or simply seeking to enhance your overall pelvic wellness, this immersive workshop offers a holistic approach to understanding and caring for your pelvic floor. You’ll explore Pelviflow™️-inspired movements that cultivate awareness, strength, coordination, and relaxation of the pelvic floor; all in an inclusive, supportive environment open to adults of all genders. If you’ve ever rolled on a foam roller or pressed your thumb into a sore muscle for relief, you’ve participated in myo-fascial release. Using nothing fancier than tennis balls we’ll massage the fascia lines of the body, directly affecting the nervous system, helping to ease physical tension and calm the mind. Fascia massage is a great tool for addressing chronic pain and can help break up trigger points and habitual movement patterns resulting in an expanded sense of spaciousness in the body. No experience needed, come and learn a simple technique that will leave you with a peaceful sense of embodiment.

Join us for an energizing and engaging partner yoga class designed specifically for all levels. This unique session invites participants to team up with a friend, sibling, or fellow yogi to explore the benefits of practicing yoga together in a fun and supportive environment. Embrace the power of partnership as you dive into poses that require cooperation, communication, and trust. Working with a partner enhances awareness of body movements while fostering stronger bonds and friendships. You can expect to discover a variety of playful poses and creative sequences that blend traditional yoga with partner-based activities. From balancing to stretching, each pose is designed to challenge and inspire both partners. On some poses your partner will serve as a prop to allow you to reach a new level or support to maintain the poses. Amidst the fun, we will also incorporate mindfulness practices. Learn techniques to cultivate relaxation and presence, enhancing your ability to connect with your partner and yourself.
