BIPOC Community Class w/ Elizabeth

This pay-what-you-will yoga class offers a healing and joyous space created specifically for the BIPOC community, while welcoming all who wish to join in peace and solidarity. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced practitioner, this class will provide practice options that cater to all levels. Our goal is to foster a supportive environment where BIPOC individuals can reconnect with themselves and find a sense of community, but everyone is invited to share in the experience of healing and growth. Held on the first or second Saturday of the month, all proceeds collected will go towards an organization of the instructor's choosing. This week Elizabeth is donating all proceeds to support New Futures DC.
