If you’ve ever rolled on a foam roller or pressed your thumb into a sore muscle for relief, you’ve participated in myo-fascial release. Using nothing fancier than tennis balls we’ll massage the fascia lines of the body, directly affecting the nervous system, helping to ease physical tension and calm the mind. Fascia massage is a great tool for addressing chronic pain and can help break up trigger points and habitual movement patterns resulting in an expanded sense of spaciousness in the body. No experience needed, come and learn a simple technique that will leave you with a peaceful sense of embodiment.
On the longest day of the year, we gather to honor the Summer Solstice with a moving meditation: 108 Sun Salutations. This traditional practice is an opportunity to welcome the changing season with intention, clarity, and community. Through repetition, breath, and steady movement, we create space to release what no longer serves us and invite in renewed energy for the months ahead. You’ll be guided through the practice at a grounded, accessible pace with options to modify, rest, or move mindfully as needed. Whether you complete all 108 or simply participate in part, this experience is about presence, not perfection. Expect an energizing and deeply meditative practice, supportive community, and the powerful feeling that comes from moving together in rhythm. All levels are welcome. Bring water and an open mind. Practitioners are welcome to complete one Sun Salutation, all 108, or anything in between, honoring your body and practice in whatever way feels right for you that day.
An evening to slow down, reset, and gather in community beneath the energy of the upcoming Strawberry Moon. This full moon invites reflection, gratitude, and honoring what is coming into fullness. Expect a grounding sound bath designed to help you soften the nervous system, settle into stillness, and create space for intentional release. Fresh juice and community time to follow.
This 90-minute workshop combines 45 minutes of intentional mobility training with 45 minutes of restorative yoga to improve joint function, movement efficiency, and overall recovery. The mobility portion focuses on controlled, strength-based movement to increase range of motion, enhance stability, and support long-term joint and musculoskeletal health. After targeted mobility work, settle into deep stretching and relaxation with restorative yoga. Unwind and stretch the body after the active portion of class, shift the body into deep recovery through fully supported poses, helping regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote physical and mental restoration. Ideal for all levels, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to move with more ease, prevent injury, release tension, and leave feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.
Yin is built on stillness, and a live sound bath is built on resonance. Together, they promote the body and mind to relax and rest. You can expect to meet and connect with fellow students, engaging in some simple breathwork and intention setting, followed by 25 minutes of supported yin holds targeting the hips, spine, and shoulders and a 35-minute live sound bath featuring the handpan, rain stick, and sound bowls and a few quiet moments to integrate and return. All levels are welcome, no prior experience with yin or sound needed. Come ready to settle, soften, and sink into deep rest.
