This Vinyasa-based class emphasizes a slower pace, allowing for greater focus on alignment and deeper engagement in each posture. Despite the unhurried tempo, expect to build heat as you move through sequences that test your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Perfect for yogis looking to deepen their practice, this class offers a rigorous workout while fostering mindfulness and precision. Join us to sweat, strengthen, and refine your practice. This class is somewhat rigorous, but its slower pace makes it beginner-friendly as well.

  • Ground your practice in tradition with this guided Quarter Primary Ashtanga class. Linking breath with movement, we’ll flow through sun salutations, standing poses, seated postures, and finishing poses at a steady, mindful pace. Longer holds allow for deeper alignment and focus, while the rhythm of Sanskrit counting creates a meditative experience. Practiced without music, the breath becomes your guide. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered.

  • Vinyasa means to move your body in special ways. Flow refers to our efforts to match our breath with these movements. This level 1-2 class will offer accessible sequences that emphasize strength, balance, and flexibility, all while cultivating the breath. Come, move and breathe, and walk out feeling better than you arrived. This class is beginner-friendly.

Energizing & Fitness-oriented:

  • Join us for a Lunchtime Express Flow class, designed to invigorate your body and refresh your mind in the middle of the day, in just 45 minutes. In this class, we'll link breath with movement, moving through a series of poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will help you release stress, increase energy, and return to your day with a renewed sense of focus and calm. Take a break, roll out your mat, and flow with us for a revitalizing midday reset. While some yoga experience is helpful, options will be offered to level up or level down.

  • Build a strong foundation for any fitness practice with Mat Pilates. This full body class incorporates the classical elements of Pilates with the use of optional props like weights and blocks. You are encouraged to bring ankle/wrist weights if you have them. Expect to build heat and target all major muscle groups with a focus on building core strength. We'll enjoy a brief śavāsana at the end, to integrate the benefits of the practice into our bodies before moving on with our day. The class is designed for all experience levels with modifications provided. See you on your mat!

  • Get ready to fire up your body and your breath! Like our more traditional Power offerings, you can expect a rigorous class, with options for increasing or decreasing the intensity. Additionally, you can expect creative sequencing, with opportunities to play with inversions and/or arm balances. Sequences will be set to fun music. Some yoga experience is helpful.

Grounding/Meditative:

The first half of this class focuses on building core strength and enhancing back health with targeted exercises and dynamic movements. In the second half, settle into stillness and deep relaxation, with restorative poses that allow your body and mind to unwind.   • Experience the perfect balance of movement and stillness with our Flow & Let Go yoga class. Begin with a Vinyasa practice to build heat and strength, flowing seamlessly through poses with synchronized breath. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a harmonious blend of energy and tranquility, allowing you to both invigorate and unwind. Join us to flow - moving and breathing together - and then let go into blissful relaxation. This is an all-levels class.

  • Join us for a 60-minute restorative yoga class that culminates in a soothing Yoga Nidrā meditation. In this class, we'll use props like blankets and bolsters to support your body in gentle, restful poses allowing you to release tension and relax deeply. As the class progresses, we'll transition into a guided Yoga Nidrā meditation, inviting you to lie down, listen, and let go. This powerful practice is known to reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Suitable for all levels, this class is a perfect way to unwind and renew for the week ahead.

    This class may sometimes feature sound elements like crystal singing bowls, brass (Himalayan) bowls, or other instruments to elicit the relaxation response.

  • Transformation is a process to neither rush nor resist. In this Yin Yoga practice, you'll be guided towards finding your edge in each pose, meeting yourself in stillness, holding each pose for a while before slowly releasing it with care. This class is open to any level. Relax into the body. Discover and explore each subtle layer along the way to your deep resting place. Feel more like yourself with this class and learn poses that can be practiced any time you need to release tension.

For special populations:

  • This pay-what-you-will yoga class is taught in American Sign Language only; no spoken English interpretation will be provided. Vinyasa means to move your body in special ways. Flow refers to our efforts to match our breath with these movements. This class will offer accessible sequences that emphasize strength, balance, and flexibility, all while cultivating the breath. Come, move and breathe, and walk out feeling better than you arrived. This class is beginner-friendly.

  • Baby & Me Yoga is a yoga class for new parents and their infants. We recommend starting once they've had their first round of shots, and continuing until they're crawling. This unique class offers a nurturing environment where you can bond with your baby while enhancing your physical and mental well-being.

    Tailored for new parents, the poses in this class are gentle and can be modified to suit all levels of fitness and experience. You can expect to incorporate your baby into the yoga practice with fun and engaging poses that help stimulate your baby's development and encourage bonding. Enjoy guided meditation and breathing exercises that promote calmness and help manage the stresses of new parenthood. Connect with other new parents in a supportive and understanding environment. Share experiences, exchange tips, and build lasting friendships.

    Join Baby & Me Yoga to experience the perfect blend of exercise, relaxation, and joyful interaction with your baby. It's more than just a class—it's a cherished time for you and your little one to grow together in harmony.

  • Get your little ones moving, stretching, and discovering their inner calm with our Tiny Yogi class! Designed for ages 2-4 and 5-8 (respectively), you can expect playful poses and games that spark imagination, while also building motor skills and simple breath work. Every class is designed to be fun, inclusive, and nurturing, helping your child grow both physically and emotionally. Come and stretch, laugh, and breathe with us!

    Book just one spot for each adult/child pair and plan to stay and participate in kid-friendly movement and breathwork. We have mats for everyone, so just bring yourselves and water bottle! If your child(ren) is close to either age band, just use your judgement and book the class that works best for you and your family.

  • Feeling stressed in this political climate? Are you a federal worker who's out of work or in fear of losing your job? Come together, in community, to move and breathe together. Come as you are. Leave feeling better.

This class focuses on gentle stretching and strengthening exercises to support your pelvic and abdominal areas, helping you feel strong and connected to your baby. We incorporate breathing exercises to manage stress and prepare you for labor, ensuring you feel calm and centered. Each session concludes with a soothing relaxation period and meditation, allowing you to bond with your baby and embrace the

    beautiful journey of pregnancy. Come and enjoy a supportive, nurturing environment where you can connect with your baby and other moms-to-be!
